About the Client

IFAVH (Incubator, Furnace, Accelerator, Venture Hub) is a next-generation business ecosystem platform based in Abu Dhabi. It is designed to support startups, entrepreneurs, and companies across all growth stages — from idea validation to global expansion. The platform offers incubation and acceleration programs, investor connections, mentorship and advisory services, company formation and compliance support, and a co-working and networking ecosystem.

IFAVH's mission is to create a centralized innovation hub that simplifies the fragmented journey of building and scaling businesses in the UAE and beyond.

The Challenge

IFAVH aimed to build a comprehensive ecosystem platform but faced multiple structural and operational challenges. Entrepreneurs had to rely on multiple disconnected services — legal, funding, mentorship, and workspace — creating inefficiencies and delays. There was no unified system to manage startup onboarding, investor matchmaking, mentorship workflows, or service requests. The platform needed to serve founders, investors, partners, and administrators, each requiring different dashboards, permissions, and workflows.

The system also needed to scale as more startups joined, the investor network grew, and services expanded globally. Additionally, the initial website lacked a structured onboarding funnel, role-based journeys, and automated communication systems — creating conversion and engagement gaps.

All services centralised — company formation, tax advisory, marketing & PR, and technical support — accessible from a single interface.
